Am I able to discuss a payment plan with the team?

Yes! We welcome your inquiry and the YHI Team are all fully committed to your long-term success, not just a transactional coaching experience.

What is your cancellation policy?

Yolande and the YHI Team only work with committed seekers, leaders, and healers ready to make a significant leap in their financial and personal development. All enrolment and payments are final, because of the nature of our products, we do not offer a cancellation or refund for products and services purchased, unless expressly offered in writing through a product/services page, cart page or email, or expressly required by law. Such written offers may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to no more than the full value of the product purchased.

How does billing work, and can other items be added to an invoice?
