Hypnosis is a natural state. Some people just take a little longer than others. Your therapist is skilled in dealing with all types of clients and will be able to support you fully through the process. In fact, everyone spends a huge portion of their day in one form of trance or another without realising. 

What if I can’t be hypnotised?

Have you ever driven somewhere only to get out of the car and not really remember how you got there? Have you ever walked into a room and thought, what am I here for again? Well, they are trance states, and you have been accessing those all by yourself.
Absolutely! Radical (R)Evolution (RR ™) is just as effective online as in person. The only real difference between a face-to-face session and an online session is who provides the safe space - will it be the therapist providing use of their office or will it be you in the comfort of your own home? Many clients report feeling even more relaxed when having counselling at home.

Is working online as effective as working in person?

As a therapist with 25 years of experience, I draw from a variety of disciplines and practices, including Forensic Psychology, Profiling, Law, Neuro-linguistic Programming, Counselling, and Psychology. I believe that each person's journey is unique, and I work with you to tailor my approach to your individual needs and goals. My mentoring sessions are designed to be interactive and engaging, and I provide you with the tools and resources you need to succeed.

Coverage depends on your location and provider.

Does insurance cover Yolande Herbst Integrative Therapies?

In the UK, I’m registered with professional bodies such as GHR, GHSC, CNHC, and RTT Associate, which some insurers recognise, and I can work in the capacity of a psychotherapist.
In Canada provincial health insurance does not cover complementary therapies, though workplace benefits might. 

In the US, some private plans, HRAs, or HSAs reimburse hypnotherapy if medically necessary. 
In South Africa, medical aids usually do not cover integrative therapies, but some may reimburse psychological services through recognised providers. Please check directly with your insurer before booking, as I cannot adjust fees for non-reimbursed services.
