When I am not in session, helping clients, with groundbreaking therapy techniques and exciting resources, REAL LIFE PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS, and unconventional integrative resources to help them change their situation, you can find me blowing off steam at mixed martial arts or seeking adventures and exciting new experiences with my wife, two kids, and a dog, in Ontario, Canada where we now live.
I am an adventurer at heart and my all-time favourite adventures include swimming with pigs, sharks, and dolphins in the Bahamas, traveling around places with ancient history, like England, South Africa, China, Egypt, and Europe, flying in helicopters and parasailing, driving army tanks & monster trucks, downhill skiing, dog sledding, building igloos and taking ice baths.
With the weighing scales in my zodiac sign (Libra), balance is an integral part of my being. As much as I love excitement and adventure, I recalibrate and restore my energy in the peace and tranquility of nature, like weekends spent exploring, kayaking, bonfires on the beach, meditating in the cabana or just lazing in a hammock, soaking up all nature's elements.
