Most of us don’t need another breakthrough.
We need a break from holding it all together.
Modern life demands constant coherence—be useful, be consistent, keep the calendar, keep the image, manage the emotions (yours and everyone else’s.) All at once. Every damn day. The cost? Your brain burns through energy just keeping the mask intact. It even rewards you for staying on script, even when it hasn’t actually made sense for years.
Three days of stillness.
Of dissolving the managed self until what’s left isn’t some polished, “better” version.
It’s you.
NOT CURATED. NOT STRIVING. NOT FIXED.
UNMADE isn’t about escape. It’s an intentional pause.
A space where you can step out of the roles without justifying a single thing. This isn’t a retreat for women chasing glow-ups.
It’s for women who need a time-out. To walk the wild trails. To sit fireside and remember warmth. To gather the old ways, without masks, without performance. Just women, silence, laughter, and the raw simplicity of being.
This is where you stop performing and finally have room to soften. A 3-day lakeside immersion for the woman who’s been holding it all together for too long. Not to escape life, but to finally feel it.
This is not a retreat for the polished version of you. you come to be unmade.
When you are ready to step out of the roles that have been holding you in place.
When you're done with wearing all the masks, doing and being for everyone else, while you silently disappear.
If you are ready to strip things back and spend time with yourself without noise, pressure, or expectation.
This is your moment to transform.
You’ve already cracked open, now you’re ready to put the pieces back together with intention, purpose, and power.
NOT MUCH. THAT IS THE POINT. This isn’t a step by step choreographed “healing journey” or a lineup of rituals to perform.
IT'S A STRIPPING BACK. A clearing-out. A pause wide enough for the truth buried under all the polish and performance to finally breathe. We slow it down.
NO DEMANDS. NO SPIRITUAL CHECKLISTS. NO CURATED GLOW-UPS. We slow down. We come back into the body. We listen to what becomes clear in stillness.
OUR MEALS: simple, plant-based or vegetarian. Each meal is crafted to regulate your nervous system, awaken your senses, and ground you in your body. From soul-warming soups and vibrant Buddha bowls to beautifully curated clean-eating charcuterie boards, every dish is a sensory ritual — simple, intentional, and designed to reconnect you with the Earth.
MINDFUL EATING: explore mindful eating and we’ll nourish our bodies and minds with delicious meals, snacks, and refreshing teas and juices. Mindful eating allows us the opportunity to get curious about our connection with food and the underlying emotions that drive our choices around nourishment on and off the plate.
We keep it clean: no alcohol, caffeine, or processed sugars.
Dine in silence, by the fire, picnic in the snow or under open skies — wherever presence calls you.
DAY 1 — THE DROP.
You arrive. No agenda. No rush.
Just space to land without needing to explain how you’re doing or why you came.
Your body exhales.
Your nervous system begins to catch up.
DAY 2 — LET THE BODY SPEAK.
You’ve lived in your head long enough.
Through somatic sessions and stillness, the body starts to speak in sensation, in breath, in memory.
You don’t need to explain it. You just need to feel it.
At sunrise, you walk into the wild.
No phone. No roles. Just the questions you carry.
Nature mirrors you back.
Later, we breathe not to transcend, but to move what surfaced through the body and release it all.
DAY 3 — THE RETURN.
No pressure to put it into words.
Just a quiet return to the part of you that never needed fixing, only space.
You leave lighter, not because you became someone new,
but because something finally let go.

Not curated. Not striving. Not fixed. Just you.
To step out of the roles, the masks, and the endless performing, and finally pause. Unmade Women’s Retreats are not about glow-ups, goals, or fixing yourself. They're for women who are tired of holding it all together, who crave stillness without emptiness and connection without performance.
Three days of firelight, wilderness, and somatic practices dissolve the “managed” self until what’s left isn’t a polished version, it’s just you. No striving. No proving. No mask. Just space to remember yourself, raw and real.
I’m Yolande, an integrative therapist creating spaces for stillness, honest reflection, and deeper self-connection.
I didn’t choose silence. It chose me.
Years ago, I found myself inside the walls of the Amaravati Buddhist Monastery in London, UK, not as a visitor, but as a resident. I wasn’t there for a break. I was there because I needed something deeper, something real. A transformation.
I needed to strip back, reset, and face myself.
Fully. Completely. No noise. No escape.
Inside that monastery, I learned what silence really is.
Not absence—but PRESENCE.
Not withdrawal—but EXPOSURE.
Not emptiness—but TRUTH, RAW & UNDENIABLE.
